If something looks wrong on the board, include the sport, the game and the book you were looking at. That's normally enough for us to find the exact quote and tell you what happened.
Common questions
What is TrueEdge Odds? An odds comparison and analytics service. We show live prices from sportsbooks and exchanges side by side, calculate what a bet is worth, and link you to the book to place it. We are not a sportsbook — we do not accept wagers, hold funds or process bets.
Which sportsbooks do you cover? 25+ sportsbooks and exchanges across 38 sports and leagues. Coverage varies by market and by your state, and the app shows which books are pricing any given bet.
A price looked different at the book. Odds move. Every quote in the app carries its age, and anything that isn't fresh is marked. If a price looks wrong rather than stale, send us the game and book and we'll check the feed.
How do I cancel? Manage your subscription from Settings in the app or on the web, or email us and we'll take care of it. See our refund policy.
How do I delete my account? From Settings in the app, or email us from the address on the account. See our privacy policy for what we keep afterwards and why.
Do you offer betting advice? No. We publish market data and the arithmetic on top of it. What you do with it is your decision.
