Refunds

Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial. You have full access to the entire product before you are charged anything, and you can cancel at any point during the trial without paying.

Because of that trial, monthly subscriptions are not refundable once a charge has been made. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Annual subscriptions may be refunded at 50% of the amount paid, within 14 days of the charge, provided you contact us within that window. You keep access until the end of the period covered by the half you retained. After 14 days an annual subscription is not refundable, but cancelling at any time stops it renewing.

Half rather than all because the 7 days before the charge are free and unconditional: by the time anything is billed you have already had the complete product, at no cost and with nothing to reclaim. The 50% is for changing your mind afterwards, not for evaluating whether to buy.

One refund per customer. The refund above is available once. An account that has been refunded can subscribe again at any time, but is not eligible for a further refund, and the free trial is also once per account — so the trial and the refund window together are a single opportunity to evaluate TrueEdge, not a cycle that can be repeated.

TrueEdge provides information and analysis. We do not place bets, and we do not guarantee any outcome or profit. Betting losses are not grounds for a refund.
