Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TrueEdge website, mobile app and browser extension (the "Service"), operated by TrueEdgeOdds LLC ("TrueEdge", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TrueEdge is a sports odds comparison and analytics service. We show prices from sportsbooks and betting exchanges, estimate fair value, and provide calculators and a bet tracker. We are not a sportsbook or a gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, set odds, or place bets for you.

Every figure the Service shows (fair value, expected value, edges, conversion rates, projected profit) is an estimate based on prices that change constantly. Prices can be delayed or wrong, and a book may refuse or limit a bet. Nothing on the Service is a guarantee of any result, or financial, investment or legal advice. You decide whether to bet, and you are responsible for your bets.

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. Sports betting is legal only in some states, and each sportsbook and exchange sets its own eligibility rules. You are responsible for following the laws of the place you are in and the terms of every book you use.

TrueEdge links only to sportsbooks and exchanges licensed and authorized in your state. When you have set your state, bet links appear only for operators licensed there; a book that is not licensed in your state is shown for price comparison only, with no link. We never link to offshore or unlicensed operators.

Those operators are independent of TrueEdge. Your account, deposits, bets and any dispute with them are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their decisions, including voided or limited bets.

Keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account outside the plan you are on. Team plans allow the members they list. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may not scrape, copy, resell or redistribute the Service's data, interfere with its operation, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. We may change prices for future billing periods with notice.

How we collect and use your information is described in our privacy policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, TrueEdge is not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

We may update the Service and these terms. When we change the terms we will update the date above; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
